The latest SBB survey of Chinese Mills shows that:

45% show say their biggest concern for 2010 is market fluctuation
79% expect Chinese crude steel production to rise again this year
60% believe that the construction sector will this year show the strongest demand in China
42% say that increasing exports is their biggest hope for improvement in 2010
Mills struggle to assess correctly movements in market price volatility
